I had the extreme good fortune of taking a food styling photography class from the uber talented Aran Goyoaga of Cannelle et Vanille while I was at the Makerie Retreat in Boulder. It’s the quick pic I took with my phone on the way down from Blackcomb mountain in beautiful British Columbia. Mardi, I love these photos. Even with these gorgeous dishes, for me, that connection was lacking a little. My photography is definitely on the low end of the FFwD group and I too would like to learn how to take better shots.
